We are looking to recruit a commercial property manager to join its estates team. The property manager will work closely with the head of property management in managing the company’s diverse property portfolio. The primary objective is to ensure the smooth running of the property portfolio whilst providing the very best service to both occupiers and stakeholders.
The role will see you coordinate planned maintenance tasks, undertake property inspections, and liaise with clients, tenants, and approved contractors on a regular basis.
Qualifications and experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Valid driving licence
- Experience of management and administration of properties to include reactive maintenance services and minor works projects
- Good understanding of property law and health & safety regulations in Jersey
- Knowledge and understanding of commercial leases and licences
- Understanding of risk management
- Understanding/previous use of Quickbooks or similar
