Roger Trower

Roger Trower

CEO

Roger is the owner of Broadlands and has been part of the company since 1982. His knowledge of all aspects of the local property scene is extensive and his invaluable experience has grown Broadlands into the trusted organisation it is today.

Roger oversees the negotiators and ensures they remain motivated in taking the best possible care of our clients and applicants through every step of the sales process. He is particularly knowledgeable of the upper market and can offer sound advice to incoming wealthy immigrants.

Outside of Broadlands, Roger loves to watch the Jersey rugby team as well as golfing and cycling with his wife.

Nick Trower MRICS

Nick Trower MRICS

Director

Nick studied BSc Business in Property at the University of the West of England and graduated in 2008. During and after completing his degree, Nick worked at Knight Frank in London and Birmingham before moving back to Jersey in 2009. He then started working with BNP Paribas Real Estate whilst playing rugby for Jersey at a semi-professional level.

He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in 2012. When BNP Paribas Real Estate was subject to a management buy-out in 2017, Nick became Head of Agency at the newly named D2 Real Estate.

Nick is now heading up the Commercial Department at Broadlands. He has built up a large client base and prides himself on his market knowledge and honest approach.

Outside of work, Nick is a keen sportsman who enjoys surfing, rugby, and cricket. He also spends a lot of his time running around after his young son.

Guy Gothard FRICS

Guy Gothard FRICS

Director – Commercial

Guy qualified in 1987 and has nearly 40 years’ experience in the commercial property market; 5 years in London and the rest in the Channel Islands. After 10 years at Healey & Baker Cushman & Wakefield’s Jersey office, Guy set up Guy Gothard & Co in 2003 before selling his business to CBRE Jersey in 2017. Following an MBO in 2021, Guy acquired CBRE Jersey which was re-branded as CG Commercial, before merging with Broadlands Commercial in 2024. Guy is responsible for the Agency and Professional Services sides of the business.

In his spare time he enjoys walking his dog, good coffee, red wine, and sometimes a round of golf!

Elsa Taylor

Elsa joined Guy Gothard & Co Chartered Surveyors in 2007 as the Company’s bookkeeper and has since gained a wealth of knowledge and experience within all aspects of commercial property management.

Elsa is responsible for the clients’ accounts and when she's not working hard in the office she enjoys reading, walking and spending time with friends and family.

Luca Celiberti

Commercial Property Manager

Luca has been involved in property management since 2014. Having spent five years working in residential management, Luca gained an in-depth knowledge which he transferred to the commercial sector in 2019. Along with Michael, he is responsible for the management of the commercial property portfolio which involves the day-to-day management and administration of service charge accounts.

Outside of work, Luca enjoys going to the gym and is a keen runner. He also loves playing and watching football.

Commercial Director – Head of Property Management

Michael has over 10 years’ experience managing commercial property in the Channel Islands. After successfully achieving a diploma in Surveying Practice, Michael carried on his studying and in 2017 was awarded a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management through the University College of Estate Management in Reading. He is currently undertaking his APC with the RICS. Michael heads up the property management team.

Erica Zonta

Born and raised in Jersey, Erica was educated at Jersey College for Girls. She studied and worked in law before following her heart and jumping to real estate, after accompanying her father at many viewings from the age of 10.

In 1999, Erica joined Broadlands and promptly progressed the company into the computerised world. Erica has a real passion and drive for property sales and thrives on the entire process. Around the office, she’s known for being a busy ball of energy and a favourite with the customers. Erica knows how to hustle and get things done!

When she’s not selling properties, Erica loves spending time with her 2 children, husband, family, and friends. She can often be found enjoying the ocean surrounding Jersey and is a proud member of the Royal Channel Island Yacht Club.

Doug Littlechild

Doug is Jersey-born and went to school at De La Salle College. He then carried on his education at the University of Brighton in England.

Doug has worked in sales since 2003 and became an estate agent in 2007. In 2015, Doug joined Broadlands where he now specialises in commercial sales, though he excels in all areas in Jersey real estate. In particular, Doug enjoys working with first-time buyers and guiding them through the transaction process.

Outside of work, Doug enjoys his home and family life with his wife, Melanie, 3 grown-up sons, and pets (3 dogs, 8 chickens, and 3 tortoises). He also enjoys travelling, especially to warm locales or to large cities (especially London) with shopping and theatre.

Don Miller

Don Miller

Residential & Commercial Negotiator

Don joined Broadlands in 2009 and is a versatile member of our team, covering all areas of the market including residential, commercial, and rental properties on the island.

A highly skilled salesman, Don has sold everything from Big Macs to hotels in his time. Before his time at Broadlands, he also held senior management positions at the JEP, ITV Channel Television, and Le Riches Stores (now Sandpiper). This allowed him to build and hone strong communication skills, plus develop a reputation for being highly analytical and patient throughout the sales and relationship development process.

In his spare time, Don enjoys travelling, dining out, playing and watching sports, films, and music.

James Cumming

Jersey born, James was educated at Victoria College and studied Business at Southampton University. James has always had a real passion for sales and has 15+ years’ experience in a variety of sales driven roles in the UK.

James returned to Jersey to pursue his interests in property and has worked in the residential market for 6+ years now. During this time, James has widely developed his knowledge and expertise in the industry and has a wealth of experience across the market, from first time buyers to £3m+ properties.

James is extremely professional, dependable, and efficient. With his approachable and charming personality, James naturally puts his clients at ease throughout the transactional journey. Whether he’s dealing with a purchaser, vendor, or lawyer, James is a great listener and always goes the extra mile for his clients.

Outside of work, James enjoys exploring new countries, cultures, and cuisines with his wife Hayley. In his spare time, James loves football, skiing, poker, cars and walking his black Labrador Bentley. 

Matthias Genetzke

Marketing Manager
In his role as Broadlands’ Marketing Manager Matt relies on years of experience to focus on the various aspects of digital marketing, as well as the strategic side of things. Alongside Ana he provides invaluable support to the team, by running our daily JEP advertising and a multitude of other digital platforms. Best of all – Matt loves a bit of problem solving and analytics, and is as efficient as you’d expect (him being German). He’s also a volunteer with the RNLI and when not at Broadlands HQ he enjoys spending time with the fam, a bit of gardening, foraging, boating and all other things ocean related.
Ana Sequeira

Administration and Marketing Officer
Ana is responsible for providing administrative support and developing and maintaining our social media accounts and other digital platforms. Educated in Jersey, Ana has a background in sales and has extensive administrative experience in both retail and finance industries. Ana enjoys walking her Golden Retriever with her husband and they have just completed a renovation of their home. Her interests include travelling to remote destinations, snowboarding to less remote destinations, watercolour painting and she loves cooking and eating……Japanese food.
